Sentinel Riobot Yattodetaman Daikyojin & Daitenba - Part 1
Time for my first Sentinel model has come! I've waited as long as I could, but since it was announced, I knew that sooner or later this model would have been mine.
As usual, the main problem with Sentinel models is their ridiculously high price, especially when you consider the size of some of the Riobot entries. This Yattodetaman makes no exception, with his height of 16/18cm (depends on the configuration), but I must say that, what this little guy lacks in dimensions, it compensates with extreme quality.
Though I read some complaints about the excessive use of plastic, and I'm a huge diecast fan, I must admit the mix of ABS, PVC and POM used here gives an overall great look when reproducing the aesthetics of the Daikyojin. When it comes to Daitenba instead, I'd appreciated a bit more of metal here, because, while good-looking, our favourite horse is honestly a little too "plasticky".
When it comes to posability, we are in the verge of excellence here. The inner metal frame and joints allow the model to pretty much move shoulders, legs, feet, waist etc. in every direction. If you are a fan of dynamic poses, this is definitely a model you'll love!
