My Gala Phares design. Posting now because it's Satoshi Hino's birthday today, so why not? (I'm sorry, Waike. Maybe next time.)

My toxic trait includes giving Phares an earring similar in style to Xenos's. Because. Also, I admit he's a little too symmetrical and not enough belts for a Gala (especially compared to the rest of the fam), but hey, Zena's Gala is even more symmetrical and no belt at all, so...

Trying to come up with an epithet for him is kinda hard when the fam's Gala had

It ranges from actually a title to descriptive. I'd take his base and unused epithet into account, Dawning Wind/Light, but even Euden's epithets went from Dragonblood Prince -> Bearer of Dragonlight -> Bondforged Scion with Prince of Summer somewhere in between. So the best I came up with in 5 minutes was Unshackled Wisdom or Liberated Gale idk

As for his weapon, (you're not gonna believe this)

I was going with 'Chelle made it a tradition to gift guns manacasters to her recuperating brothers,' but I also think Phares would want to make it himself. Either collaborating with Chelle's manacaster R&D department or jury-rigging his prototype before eventually collabing with them because it's convenient.

Also, you're not convincing me Phares wouldn't slap cat stickers on everything if he had any. Totally not because I'm trying to name the manacaster 'Cat-astrophe' or anything.

My attempt at Nedrick's and Beren's 'new world' designs, in the game's 3D model style.

I've stared at Blonde Nedrick for so long, I almost forgot 99% of his appearance in-game was Bahamut'd. Blonde Nedrick seems normal to me now lol

Since Beren didn't have any art depicting him from the back, or any in-game model for me to reference, trying to figure out how his hair would flow, or what it looks like from the back view, was a headache.

Waiting for motivation to come back so I redid Blade's ref sheet. But to make it a fresh new thing, here's Blade in CDF/CalFire livery.

Headcanon, before Dipper joins PPAA, the three white lines + chevrons that the flying team had weren't a thing yet ('cuz the pictures on the Wall didn't have it). She's the one to suggest it because "Hey! the jumpers have uniform livery, why don't we do it too??" and Maru is 100% on board.

None of the guys wants a full on repaint, so they just compromise on a subtle visual motifs; three white lines and chevron patterns .

Cabbie was too big to do any repaints, so he just gets the white lines and patterns added on top of his livery, nothing else was changed. Same with Windlifter, just minor repaints. But Maru still decide Blade needs a brand new paint job.

It's not yet Monday.

Hc this is a common occurrence. The Deere would stray to the Air Attack base every now and then, and Blade will have to hoist it back to its herd. When Blade is unavailable, Windlifter would have to hoist it back.
