All of Dov's dolls are great but this is one of my favorites. The water transformation is beautifully done.

Totally Spies Puzzle Doll by Maple Rose (2004)
Not a doll at all, but a fun puzzle game. It has jigsaw puzzles and sliding block puzzles, among others.
Tagi Agency (2002) by Taya
My favorite playable game for KiSS. A full virtual pet game, including several life stages and even death if you neglect your pet. Sadly doesn't completely work in UltraKiss - the timers seem to be a lot faster than I remember and the "mail" feature doesn't work. Still very fun.
