Battered and Bruised
{~⚔ He despises how he can barely push himself up, arms shaking heavily as he tries to put weight on them. A soft moans crawls from his throat as his body collapses on the floor once more, closing his eyes Leo feels every muscle screaming, head aching.
What happened? Where was he, and why does he feel like he went head to head with Rocksteady. Snout wrinkling as he attempts once more to push himself up, but now his arms refused to even push him.
Then a soft voice can be heard, one he recognizes and eyes crack open to look over at where the voice was coming from. Vision blurry as he can’t seem to focus, he must have a head injury.
“C-cleo?”
Voice raspy, suddenly realizing how thirsty he was. Had he not had anything to drink?
“W-what ha-happened? Wh-where a-am I?”
Panic courses through him as he tries to pick himself up once more, despite the agonizing cries his body shoves through his nerves.
“M-my brothers! A-are they okay?!” ⚔~}
