Guys, I want you to meet someone :3

This is one of my very first Countryhuman I ever did. His name is Third Union. He doesn’t really have many specifics since this was my first time in the fandom.

He is the adopted son of Soviet Union and Third Reich. I know, I know, a fanchild?! Yes- O^O

Anyways, this was when I first encountered the YouTuber Oh Lol U, started shipping, aaand also when I was trying to figure out my own art style. That’s why it looks pretty different than how I draw now. (And yes, SovietReich was my first ship ever lol)

Third Union’s backstory is a bit simple and kinda unfinished. I stopped working on him when I decided to start my large “project” (aka my entire ch story). His backstory starts in a snowy forest. Soviet and Reich were having their usual fights and bickering. It wasn’t until Reich told Soviet to shut up because he heard something. That sound was crying. They both followed and looked for the source of the sound, and it led them to a small basket. Neither of them wanted to open it, but of course, Reich just manned up and pulled the blanket that was over it. Inside, there was a baby.

Obviously Soviet and Reich were surprised. The baby was uncharted territory, meaning that the origins of the child are unknown and that no one has claimed him. I mean, he didn’t even have a name… Reich wandered off a bit to look for the mother, father, anybody who was missing a child.

That was when he froze. Soviet, confused, walked over while carrying the basket and asked what was wrong. Reich just pointed towards the distance. There was a body in the snow. That’s when they noticed a little note in the basket. The note was about how the mother was fleeing with her child due to being pursued. The father is unknown. The rest of the note was pleading to whoever found the child to take care of him as if he were their own child.

Of course, the two of them assumed maybe the woman was bringing the child to civilization, but was shot down. Both Soviet and Reich had a small change of heart. Reich offered a temporary truce so that the two of them can take care of the child. Soviet reluctantly agreed.

They did argue on who would be the mother and father, but the baby had that figured out. Soviet was papa. Reich was mama XD

They both also argued on what to name when, when Reich finally decided to just combine their names and mark the baby as their territory, as much as they wanted to take the baby for theirselves.

It leads to this final unfinished photo of Third Union and his father’s. He loves them, including his many siblings. I suppose this is the only timeline I’ve made so far where Reich doesn’t die, Soviet doesn’t fall into depression, and where the war comes to a stale and eventually ends without further casualties. Soviet and Reich get married in this universe. They’re all one big happy family all because of the baby they adopted.

At some point in his life, Third Union had a really bad accident where he lost his eye. He was playing Russian roulette with some ‘friends’, but at some point regretted his decision and wanted out. It was too late since the gun landed on him. That’s when one of his friends decided to pull the trigger thinking it was safe, but of course, it blew Third Union’s eye out.

I know I said Third Union’s backstory is unfinished, and this doesn’t seem unfinished, but trust me it is. I never really worked on what happened in between the beginning and the end, so we’ll never know.

He did go through several design changes, but the original just couldn’t be beat. I just changed some tiny details, but overall it stayed the same.

Also, MAAAAJOR NOTE… If this universe was canon, then Rusger wouldn’t be a thing 😭

But anyways, yeah. That’s Third Union for y’all. I honestly wonder what you guys think of him. Was he a good start for a first timer? (To me I cringe at how bad my art was-)
