My New Setup. Just picked up this Sovtek today. Does anyone else have one of these cabs though? Mine doesn't have any markings on the input plate on the cab. Does anyone know how many ohms it is? There's 2 inputs in the rear.

(Ed. note: If I had to guess, I'd say it's an 8ohm cab with two parallel inputs, but I could be wrong.)
I've been looking for a Sovtek mig 50 for a while and a Sovtek mig 50 bassov blues midget just appeared on craigslist. Any idea how well these things take guitar?
I'm not sure; I've never come across the "Bassov" version. I know that Mig 50s are kinda Bassman clones in the first place, so I would assume even if they were a little bassier, they would have no problem taking guitar. The nice thing about Craigslist (vs. eBay for example) is that you can usually try before you buy. Go for it!
