What’cha here for, tuts?

So, as a small follow up to my ominous post from this morning, I’m sorry if things seemed worse than they are! 

I’ve been a bit overwhelmed lately, and it’s mostly due to my own stress and anxiety, mixed in with stress from uni, and with my guilt of being slow with my last (well also first lmao, the only multichapter one I took on) commission, and my guilt for the lack of writing on here. 

The funny thing is that the only person pressuring me, is me. The commission client is hella patient and good and understanding, and non of you guys have been mean about me being inactive. 

But okay, I’m gonna be taking this weekend completely off writing, just to clear my head, and then I’m gonna start slowly dipping my toes in again. 

The first thing I’ll start working on is obv the commission, but it’s kinda almost done, lmao, so, that leads me to the real reason I’m writing this! 

When I’m done with being a mess and in a creative rut and looking at my unfinished things and crying, and I’ve finished the commish;

what do you wanna see next? 

- more @clandestine-academy universe expansion 

- re-writing the High School AU 

- stand-alone one-shots

- multichaptered fics

- smaller one or two part AU’s 

I think I’m gonna take on like, two of those things, and then work on those until I’m finished, then move on, to avoid getting overwhelmed again!

Just as a finishing touch, I wanna give a huge shoutout to my hella supportive followers, the people who keep interacting, reblogging my older stuff, being my friends, I wanna give my client the biggest fucking hug, you already know how much I appreciate you but I wanna say it again, and lastly, my friends, my weird little internet people, Jax, Rachel, Spaceman, Piggy, Al, Stripes and Fitz, Dia and Jack, Matt, Ronnie, Pinkie, Pugs and Tea and Summer and I could go on and on and still leave someone out by mistake because I’m blessed enough to have such an amazing number of wonderful people in my life, and man, am I thankful for you guys <3

My New Kid loves comics, so she was hyped when the gang was playing superheroes. Her favorite hero is Scarlet Witch, and because of her costume and powers Cartman made her Fastpass’s girly brother in canon (changed to “sister” once they found out she was a girl). Once she joined the Freedom Pals she changed costume colors--Coon and Friends have a lot of reds in their costumes but Freedom Pals had more blue. Can’t have a proper hero team without color coordination!

I would love an official series of “Coon and Friends” and “Freedom Pals” comics. Given that the staff of the show are constantly busy both during and after each season, I don’t know how likely it could happen. But I have more investment in these kids playing superheroes than 90% of what Marvel and DC are putting out
