Birthday starter for Isana! @isana-kagetsu

Today is a very important day; Isana's birthday. Isana, the girl who began writing him letters long ago and shown genuine interest in him, the girl who became his friend and girlfriend. It's her birthday and Shino has done his researches, lots of them! He's not accustomed to preparing birthdays, especially not for a girlfriend. So, after a few books and some personal intel gathering to figure out what Isana might like, he finally set everything up.

A private event, one could say. Shino changed his makeshift lab in his shed into a birthday room with balloons, flower pots and unlit candles placed around the room. The table is set in the middle with a little chocolate cake on it. Next to the cake, a gift box and a card and to him, what he wrote in the card is what makes him the most nervous.

"Happy birthday." No, he's not singing. Shino sits across from her, the cake between them. "I hope you'll like your gifts. Did you want to open them before eating the cake?" In the box, Shino brought her a plushie. A big, orange tiger beetle plushie, like the tiger beetles he finds in Suna. In the card, he wrote an invitation...

Isana. It is your birthday and I am ready. I'm inviting you to a private diner in this room where I'll allow you to take my sunglasses off.

Simple but... A big step for him.

"........ What if I disappear?" Tempting. Would people notice and look for him? Right now, it sounds like a theory worth testing.

"The miracle of life." They are fucking, right there, in his palm.

"This is what Sasuke needs." Absolutely. Weed. That would calm him down like it calms him down. Makes perfect sense to him right now and he'll definitely realize how stupid his idea was when he sobers up later on.

Today is white day and Shino planned everything accordingly. It's only natural, after all, Isana took him out on valentine's day where many aspects of their relationship changed for the better! So, with the hokage's permission, Shino set out for Suna with plenty of time to get there without having to rush and get dirty like last time.

Once in the sand village, Shino makes a stop to a public bath to freshen up, then heads for Isana's house. Thankfully, he knows where she lives since he visited before while on a mission to tame a giant scorpion. Even if he didn't, though... He could have tracked her with his insects. Though that would have been a little creepy.

Now standing at her doorstep, Shino feels surprisingly calm and confident. It's Isana, she's shown her entire acceptance of him and there is nothing to fear. In fact, he might be starting to feel just as comfortable in her presence as he is by himself - which isn't something that usually happens with anyone. The Aburame raises a fist and knocks on the door a few time.

Strapped around his shoulder is a case containing a bass guitar. He's carrying a portable amplifier in his free hand along with a gift bag. There are many places between rock formations and sandy dunes around Suna where sound carries well - without mentioning the giant ants! Had he known there were giant ants back during the chunin exams... Ah. He'll ask Isana if she'd like to meet the giant ants first - she might not want that.

Blows you a kiss except bugs come out of his palm and immediately attacks your face.

A letter has arrived for Shino! "Hi, Shino. I hope you're well! I know this is very late notice but do you by chance have the opportunity to meet me at the checkpoint between Amegakure and Kusagakure? I've just finished a mission nearby and it's good timing because tomorrow is... A-Anyway! There is a place I'd really like to show you! So... Please, let me know! - Isana"

Shino reads the letter and suddenly straightens up. A late notice indeed, he barely has time to receive an approval from the hokage to leave the village on a short vacation! But... It's Isana, she's been really nice to him. Their date last time was fun...

On a hurry, Shino packs a small bag and runs to the hokage tower. Tomorrow is valentine's day! That means another date with Isana! He'll have to buy her something valentine themed, like flowers and chocolate.
