If you're talking about the events of the Failed Salt Route, it would take a while for them to process, since they didn't directly witness any of it. ADHD's effects on object permanence can do that (I think it's object permanence). :') Same for Illy, but they'd be quicker to process it for other reasons.
It would probably take Spamton having a PTSD attack while Spark's nearby for them to realize how much it affected him, if that's what you mean. So, a couple weeks later? To process the general loss of life, that would take much longer, or it may never fully sink in.
