I felt so comfortable during my first visit to @y7studio! They’re definitely taking all health & safety precautions, employees are wearing mask & checking vaccinations upon arrival. I love that the rooms are dark & candlelit, there aren’t any mirrors in the rooms so no need to be in your head about perfecting your moves while sweating it out. As the weather is getting colder & the sun goes down earlier I find myself losing the motivation to get out & be active.😩 Working out or hiking solo usually only last a bit but an accountability partner definitely helps & keeps me motivated. 💪🏾Anyone else feeling the winter blues? I surely ate & drank enough for 6 people yesterday but now I feel I need to be back on the grind. 🏋🏾‍♀️A few months ago I lacked motivation to consistently workout but now I feel guilty if I have more than 2 rest days.
