That bonus +2 on every stat does wonders, especially for his Atk. It's nice to see it above 50.

Yep I did this. I know I'm not alone. +Spdhardt is more than just a meme because this works. He just needs Joint Drive Speed now, but the rouse is an acceptable placeholder.
With the Drive skill: 57 spd
That can get even higher with Brazen Atk/Spd + his allies if they have drive speed. And with bulk like that he can safely get into its range.
