SPEEDMEET CASTING (DATE) WITH SUPERMINDS.NL: A NEW WORK POSSIBILITY? (A COMPANY THAT KNOWS WHAT IT DOES!)

Prior to the roze maandag I also had a speedmeet (I was one of the 5 selected!) with Superminds in the KVL Leerfabriek (what an amazing building!). And the CEO of the company, Dagmar (Pijnapels), wow, what a beautiful woman! Meeting other lovely female entrepreneurs (and connecting with them) is very inspiring. And what an amazing company, a great combination if you ask me (and an example of making a great company). As you can see I was very flabbergasted by it. Why I find a speedmeet a better of finding talents then a normal work conversation? Read below

WAIT, what is a speedmeet casting? - First you get a personal conversation with the CEO (20 minutes)- Then an assignment, thinking of a social media campaign (10 minutes)- And then the assignment of thinking of a great fun (guerrilla) marketing campaign + showing your Photoshop skills (10 (minutes)

So you really show what you can do, no jibberish, just you and your skills (don't talk, DO mentality). You must be a creative nerd with knowledge of media, internet and technology to succeed within this company. A combination of a concept developer, a growth hacker, a branding specialist and social media expert will be ideal. And that sounds great to me.

I really loved it! Thinking of new things in a very quick time. I'm a idea bom (or a thinktank, that's how Superminds calls it) so this is an ideal job for me (and I was an entrepreneur before and will be again in the far future). I really got positive energy of it, it's really my piece of cake.

Next week I get to hear if I am with the last 3 or not and then I get new assignments, hopefully I can become there new superhero (that's what they are called), I will keep you guys posted if it's positive :)

WHAT ABOUT THE SCHOOL YOU TALKED ABOUT?  The update: 'we had an amazing conversation and we think you can totally handle the job BUT we made another choice' :( I love to work for a school to innovate the technology and learning methods used there but they must have found somebody else much older and with more work experience that's a shame :( but I think Superminds will fit me better tho :)

AND great to meet Britt Korstanje another 'Ossenaar' that was also one of the 5, and also really beautiful. No coincidence doesn't exist, it's faith you guys
