Magickal or Planetary Hours are not the same as regular daily hours. Divide the total time between sunrise and sunset by 12. This will give you the length of Magickal Hours of the day. Dividing the time between sunset and sunrise by 12 will give you the length of the Planetary Hours of the night. The hours of the day and night will be of different lengths except on the Equinoxes.

Saturn- Land and real estate, past lives, overcoming self-sabotage, lies, and losses, learning life’s lessons and protection from psychic attack.

When doing spell work we cast a circle and invite an energy in to ‘stand guard and protect and lend their energy’ to the work being done. While Stephani works with angelic energies, I prefer to work with elemental energies.

Herbal energies are also used in spell work. The properties of Magick are important to understand. Everything in the heavens and earth has an energy ( a magickal force or a baraka) When casting a spell energy is raised with a focused goal (though visualization) and then released to bring that goal into manifestation.

do you know if there is anything magical that i can do with chicken feathers?

Feathers can be used for spells regarding swiftness or an open mind. I find that feathers are good for cleansing and protective spells. I like to use them as talismans in my house as well.

Due to the airy nature of feathers, I like to use them for spells that need a bit of lightness, flight, sweeping away of things, or flexibility.

If you have any personal associations for chickens, you could utilize those associations in any magix you make while using their feathers.

Do you know of a spell use for broken china or pottery?

You could potentially use the broken shards of china in a curse jar or witch's bottle. Depending on the size of the pieces, you could use them to help water drain in the bottom of your planters- and mark them up with sigils for plant growth before placing them int he bottom of the planter.

That being said, you could easily place sigils for protection on them, and bury them on your property as a means of warding.
