Just a little something I’m working on involving personal boundaries and nosy people stepping over them uninvited.
Respect my boundaries, respect my walls. Test them not, for they'll not fall. Crumble not, forevermore. Lest I'll seek to even the score.
I like the first two lines, but the next two feel a little awkward together. I supposed it’s the intent that matters, but my urges want a nicely put together poem, apparently.
I’m not actually trying to curse someone here, seeing as they’re family. But shit, they get on my nerves and I’m tired of it.
