When You Have A Bad Day

There's nothing better than a night out fighting demons, vampires, and other supernatural creatures. At least this is what Buffy thinks and often suggests when you've had a bad day. Sure she's absolutely going to listen to what you have to say about what made it a bad day, and she'll stay home with you if that's what you request, however she finds that slaying the undead is a great stress reliever. That and also sitting at home watching good movies while eating your favorite foods. But for the most part when you have a bad day and you need something to air out your grievances, Buffy is going to take you on patrol with her.
Giles has bad days narrowed down to a science. Well, sort of. Sometimes he does have to double check that the bad day isn't due to a demon just to be safe but he's never run across that issue just yet. He isn't one to pressure you into talking about your day but he will be there to listen if you do. Something Giles will never tell absolutely anyone is that he loves cuddling, on bad days there's nothing better in his mind than being able to cuddle you. You don't know what it is about wrapping a blanket over you and Giles while sitting on the couch either reading or listening to a record from his collection but when you're with him then everything gets much easier to process. Not to mention that doing calming activities really helps direct your attention away from anything or anyone that caused the bad day.
Get ready to watch bad British tv with Spike when you have a bad day. Honestly this is his go to for literally everything which isn't to say that it doesn't work. We're talking British soap operas from the 60s with terrible acting and even worse effects. Most of the time it's the two of you picking apart the plots but occasional there's bits of useful information that come from Spike. By useful I mean he tells you who he's met or in some cases who is actually a vampire whether they were then or had been turned in years since. Spike also makes plenty of offers to threaten whoever caused the bad day, he just doesn't like the people that he cares about to be upset in any way.
Cordelia doesn't mind staying in but she thinks the best treatment for a bad day is go out and have some fun. She knows where there's parties, she knows what bands are playing and where, she knows just about everyone and everything. Don't worry about any form of planning, she's got that taken care of, all she's insistent on is that you have some form of distraction for the night. And sure if that's not your thing then she's not going to pressure you into being around crowds or in loud spaces, she will still insist on being out and about though. Only in these situations it will be some coffee shop where you'll just talk about everything and nothing at all.
