These Cheesy Spinach Crescent Rolls are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack. Filled with a flavorful mixture of baby spinach, feta, and mozzarella cheese, they are sure to be a crowd-pleaser at any gathering.
Ingredients: 1 can 8 oz crescent roll dough. 1 cup baby spinach, chopped. 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped baby spinach, crumbled feta cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place a spoonful of the spinach and cheese mixture onto the wide end of each crescent roll triangle. Roll up the triangles, starting from the wide end and tucking in the sides, to form crescent rolls. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased with cooking spray. Lightly spray the tops of the rolls with cooking spray to help them brown nicely in the oven. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
