Characters that were way more fun before the term "AI" made me want to start biting, but I still like them a lot anyway and I'm not going to let that ruin them (part 2),

(Characters that evolved from but no longer really look that much like) FANPRO NUMBER 0925, Olivia's Super Awesome Computer [OSAC] AND Database Assistant Interface [DAsI]

OSAC, as may be evident by his comparatively unprofessional name, was Olivia’s first AI. He’s… Been through a lot, and has become pretty jaded as a result. Still, OSAC tries very hard to live up to the position of (technically) eldest sibling to the other AIs, even though no one asked him to do that, and often attempts to take on a leadership role, to little success.

OSAC takes his tasks very seriously, and it irritates him when others don’t do the same. Whether or not he intends to, OSAC tends to think of people who act immaturely as “below him”, and treat them like minor nuisances. His family is not exempt from this, even and especially Olivia herself. ERIS is the only one of his siblings that he truly respects for her work ethic. (We’ll meet her later.)

As a result of previous damage, OSAC’s voice functionality has some issues, and often glitches and skips as he speaks. This is one of many things he tries not to be self-conscious about.

His name is pronounced like “Isaac” but with an O.

DAsI is the reason that OSAC’s position as the oldest is a technicality. She originated as an emergency backup copy of OSAC’s original programming that was tampered with by a virus, and alongside that, had to come to terms with the fact that the person she was “supposed to be” already existed. She’s since decided that she’s going to live her life how she pleases.

DAsI’s first impression is likely that she’s one of the more normal of the programs, until she inevitably says something Kinda Fucked Up, and then moves on like nothing happened. Part of “living how she pleases” means going out of her way to avoid things she doesn’t like, and her carefree tendencies and… Eccentricities make her more prone to making mistakes in her job, much to OSAC’s chagrin.

Her name is pronounced like “Daisy”.

For the sake of convenience, Olivia and the other programs refer to these two as twins.

OSAC hasn’t thought too hard about the implications of DAsI’s current state.
