Spirits of Light on Despair

The following is a message I received from the Spirits of Light group that frequently communicates through me.

Ariadne:

Is there a message for those suffering despair?

*Spirits of Light**: This is a time on Earth that is in much upheaval not only with physical earth changes but also within individuals. These are not negative signs, but strong promptings to encourage individuals to pay attention to their feelings. It is a call to action - to change - to movement.*

*Many individuals are stuck in fear. Fear of failure, fear of making wrong choices, fear of judgment and it goes on and on. By not making decisions or changes in their lives they are making a decision. They are deciding to ignore their strong feelings and emotions and choosing to revel in the stew of their own making. Moment by moment they add another ingredient to their stew of misery. **All* *these ingredients* *may appear to be* *different**, but they all have a common source - fear. This fear is a strong and noxious ingredient that is very dense and this density is like pulling a curtain over a window and blocking the light from coming in. The thicker their individual stew, the darker the curtain blocking the light.*

*We suggest people should throw out the stew of fear and begin to create a stew of tasty morsels. They can add moment by moment thoughts of happy memories, thoughts of previous accomplishments no matter small or large, thoughts of dreams and hopes and love and music and friendships and beautiful poetry and so on.*

*Soon their new stew will raise the curtain of density little by little. Then will they begin to see the light of hope and possibility. They must continue to add these tasty morsels to their stew, also keeping the stew on a slow simmer on their stove of **consciousness**. They must keep attending to the stew and tasting it and soon it will be ready for them to **have** a big hearty bowl full of all that is nourishing.*

*Aaah then they will have lifted that dark curtain of their fear and will be able to allow hope and inspiration to enter their consciousness. This will draw to them information and **support** and healing in great proportions. They will know the next best step in their lives.*

*So many people on earth want a change but are unwilling to allow a change in their lives. So many have dreams and hopes, but will do nothing toward those dreams and hopes. If people want to manifest their dreams and hopes, they must be willing to take action – which is another word for change. Change happens when action is taken first within the mind and then in the physical dimension.*

*We encourage our children to begin now – and bless the strong feelings and use them to point the way. The way is to move in the opposite direction of the unwanted feelings. To feel hope one must move away from despair. When one is feeling hope, despair cannot reside. When one is in joy, sadness cannot reside.*

*The other action that is necessary is to employ the tool of willpower. Many of our children are very adept at employing “won’t power”. It is time to exercise the willpower muscle. When this is employed along with directed thought, great changes occur very quickly. It requires vigilance of one’s thoughts and accelerated use of willpower to direct the thoughts to the desired outcome. Little by little the willpower becomes easier and stronger to employ. **We invite you to g**ather and prepare an environment of LIGHT rather than fear.*
