So, tonight was the Splash finale. Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who put up with me and my Splash chronicles. I can't believe the journey started in FEBRUARY. It's become a crazily huge part of my life for reasons I can't explain, but I'm so glad Drake decided to do this show because just like I know it's changed his life, it's changed mine.
It's been an adventure. So glad I was along for the ride. x
can we all just agree that the most unintentionally awkward moment of splash tonight was when they started talking about drake's abs
i mean they were right
but i could feel the uncomfortable seeping through my television
and in a strange turn of events ariel, the little mermaid, leaps from the pool and breaks the trophy in half like she is in mean girls and hands half of the trophy to drake while rory and drake dance in excitement that they are now sharing the title and rory hoists drake onto his shoulders and they sing both their splash theme songs

A PREVIEW OF THE FINALE WAS POSTED, AND THEY HAVE THEIR LITTLE INTRO THAT INTRODUCES THE FINAL THREE
THEY FUCKING CALL DRAKE THE "PERFECTIONIST WHO CRACKS UNDER PRESSURE" AND THEN PROCEED TO SHOW A CLIP THAT THEY'VE FUCKING EDITED WHERE HE SAYS "I AM THE BEST DIVER IN THE COMPETITION"
HE NEVER EVEN FUCKING SAID THAT
HE SAID "I WANT TO PROVE I AM THE BEST DIVER IN THE COMPETITION" HE NEVER MADE THAT DECLARATION
I DON'T KNOW WHO THE EDITOR IS BUT I GUESS THEIR KID LIKES BIEBER OR SOMETHING
But Splash is practically running a smear campaign against Drake at this point. Ridiculous. That person who tweeted Drake to say he was an ass to Luca and Drake said it was editing…yes. I s2g that kid really likes him and Splash is out to make Drake look bad and it’s getting old really fast. There are people not immersed in the fandom who don’t get it and don’t know the behind the scenes stuff, and fine, whatever, but the issue is just that this is getting crazy. As sad as I am that it’s over tomorrow, I’m glad as hell because it’s getting bad.

I'm clearly in one of my Splash "moods" right now, but omg, on the ABC facebook page, everyone was saying that Drake was smirking when Brandi got her scores...
They showed Drake after David gave her a 3.5...this was his face:
He was shaking his head the entire time. Yes, this clearly is the face of a man who was so excited she failed. Clearly.
