13 overreacts to events that might send her into flashbacks about the war. Plus if someone calls her a monster it can get really bad.

14 overreacts when someone treats anyone badly, (Abuse, bullies etc) 

15 overreacts when someone tries to get close to him. Tries to understand of get to know him.

16 overreacts when she feels herself giving up. Or when she feels she is loosing herself.
