15. How do they speak? Is what they say usually thought of on the spot, or do they rehearse it in their mind first?

G1 Jumpace has little tact/filter and just says what is on its processor. If rehearsal was required, it'd be for making up for a mistake it made, or excuses.

Jumpace speaks with a cocky tone, an "in your face" kind of attitude. Voice claim is Corey Burton, and in my mind it would sound like a mix of Sunstreaker and adult Spike Witwicky!

23. How does envy manifest itself in them (they take what they want, they become resentful, etc)? 

As a Decepticon, Jumpace naturally wants power. It wants the best energon harvest, it wants to take down the enemies first, etc. ...Nothing changes when its an Autobot.

But its envy isn't as strong as say, Starscream's envy towards Megatron's power and leadership. But when it occurs, Jumpace makes it personal... as in causing massive fights to, lets say why it wasn't told about the Electrum in The Golden Lagoon. It isn't afraid to show its emotions that way.
