I’ve always loved Hollywood Babylon as Supernatural’s first semi-foray into the meta/self-reflexive, and this is definitely one of my favourite parts of the episode when the writer is forced to add in unnecessary exposition. They take the opportunity to rip into themselves, into studios, into terrible tropes and Hollywood in general, and they just run with it - from ‘suits’ all the way to monster ghost trucks.
