Today the recipe fairy was whispering in my ear.

From time to time I do grab what’s in the fridge and pantry and try to make something edible out of it.

Not only was this edible… it’s flippin’ delicious! (And diet adhering)

Olive oil Onion Garlic Chicken breast Saffron Chinese five spice Cayenne pepper Salt Pepper Capsicum / red bell pepper Mushrooms Spinach Single cream Cheddar cheese

Sorry I don’t usually put amounts because I don’t tend to measure whilst cooking (I cook by visual and olfactory)… but for most ingredients except for spices and cream it’s about a handful of each.
