happy late 4/13! did you know that the 19th of february is the day that aranea first appeared in homestuck? i myself didnt know that, and i wanted to do something to honour my two active years in the fandom. aranea had become a character i see a lot of myself in. aside from just seeing myself in her ive grown so fond of her that i want to help her make things right to slowly gain back the relevance she lost in the ages spent in the bubbles. believe me, getting shut down from the side of your peers whever you say a thing about your interests is... not a good feel.

while i couldve drawn either john, june or jane, i never made that much of a connection with them. maybe some with jane, but not that much.
