I made this one a long time ago but never actually made a ref for him, so here's my OC, Mr. Cosmo! He works at a toy store in space, but the only way to actually visit it is through dreams. He mainly chooses people to go there, mostly kids that don't have the best lives or mental state, just to give them an escape and convince them to stay alive.
