aaa if youre worried about eating too much then maybe try to just eat during meals ((and maybe just a small candy here and there))!! i lost weight/kept regular by doing that (●´∀｀●)!

Idk though, I'm more worried about the candy. Thanksgiving and Christmas-wise and depending on the situation I sometimes feel really anxious around all the people who are my grandma's boyfriend's families and friends so sometimes I just won't eat when I'm over there.

I freaking know what you mean. I’ve gained like 30 lbs and I’m too lazy to excercise it off so I’m just gonna get fatter meh and I love eating

Once you get used to exercising it's not bad but I haven't done it in awhile and I've just been eating less (not going to lie I've picked up some bad habits but not going to get into that)
