there are some places you can get tadpoles like folks in farms in swampy areas (half moon bay, the place next to lemos farm, if you ever want some) will just let you take some tadpoles back to your house and you can raise them in a tank and they're pretty self-sufficient as far as i can tell and they just leave when they're adult ass frogs and anyways my point is tsuyu regularly brings large groups of tadpoles home and keeps them in a reasonably-sized tank to raise

she continues this tradition in the dorms and sometimes when they grow up they escape and people will just find frogs hopping around the dorms
