LOOK at the traditional timber floorboards we found under the carpet 😍 We would’ve loved to have seen them polished up and restored them to their former glory, the neighbors in the unit below however, may not have loved the extra noise 🙉. Solution: clean them up ready for Regupol underfloor insulation and new wide board spotted gum laid perpendicular to the original boards. 🌹Rose Bay renovation 🌹 traditional kitchen makeover, Wide board spotted gum flooring. There was originally going to be a bulkhead where the existing dining wall was removed. We went to a bit of extra trouble to delete the bulkhead and install new continuous flush ceilings through both rooms. We think it was worth the effort??
