The Chemtrail Spray Rate for December, in the Philly metro area was a low for the year of 35.5%, meaning 11 of the 31 days saw some sort of trail activity. That was down 21.1% from November, and down 14.8% from October. We had 13 clear/no spray days and 7 days that were too cloudy to see what was going on. So 35% of our days were completely clear of visible trails and there was a potential high of 58% of days with trail activity if you assume there were trails on the 7 days of full cloud cover days, which is often the case. The visible trail rate for November, in the Philly metro area was 56.6%, meaning 17 of the 30 days saw some sort of trail activity. That was up 8.3% from October, and down 13.4% from September. We had 10 clear/no spray days and 3 days that were too cloudy to see what was going on. So 33.3% of our days were completely clear of visible trails and there was a potential high of 66% of days with trail activity if you assume there were trails on the 3 full cloud cover days, which is often the case. To date this year 67.21% of days have seen chemtrail/persistent contrail activity. We'll see if that continues, but a fairly steady ramp up of activity up was observed through the Summer, peaking in July and slowly declining through the fall. The #sprayrate for August was 58%. That's 18 #spraydays out of 31 days in the month. We had 5 clear #nospraydays & 8 days were #toocloudytotell.
