"The flowers of late winter and early spring occupy places in our hearts well out of proportion to their size." — Horticulturist Gertrude S. Wister
I know it may seem easy to skip over this period of the year. To ignore the slowly blooming flowers, to look past the sun creeping up behind the clouds. Your heart is so invested in the desire for summer that you do not realize the grass underneath your feet is becoming green once again. So as you drop your boots, scarf, and switch your big, puffy jacket for a simple jean one, stop and observe the world around you. This is a period of growth and new beginnings. So, go ahead, and smell the roses. Summer will be here not before long.

Every flower is a soul blossoming in nature.
