    Ivory pinpricks stared the other down like a hunter gauging its prey.  An inorganic scent of burnt metal seeping from the hidden creature as she followed the other’s movements, head slowly tilting. Jaw slackens as static pours from the animatronic like a speaker.

“God this place smells rank...” leave it to Desmond to roost in one of the places that had seen much better days. Old glass crunches under his shoes as he moves through a pile, hands in his pockets and eyes glowing bright in the dark as he traverses through the dark and occasionally crowded hallways.

It smelt musty in here. Musty with a suspicious tang that reminded him of old and decayed blood. It’s the creaking of metal that makes him stop, frown deepening. Another creak, the groan of gears and a faint hiss of hydraulics. 

“... Yeah, that’s not weird...” he’s on his guard now.

She creaks and crunches when she moves. It sounds very much like mechanical BONES, and she’s been ripped apart MANY A TIME by tiny hands. That doesn’t bother the mangle. The only thing that truly bothers her is HIM.

 “I-It’s Y-Y-OU!!” A warbled, off noise filled with clicks and static   escapes the voice box, but there’s no denying there’s HOSTILITY there.   “G-G-G-GET OU-U-T-T!!!”

Mark was silent for the time being did this thing really think nothing was wrong with it? Because he could five lists of things that was wrong with him.            “Well you’re lying to yourself.” God he hated when these things laughed. It was so god dammed creepy.             “No one is your prey.”
