Fogformy!
This is what happens when Semi plants a Cloud Flower on himself. He has no reason to stand on the steam, so instead he uses the smoke to create a decoy!
He can go either left or up, and the decoy blocks enemies' movement! The mist streaming off Semi shows how many decoys he can make; it charges over time.
The other guy in the picture is a Sprolk: portmanteau of "spike", "roll", "stroll", and "poke". Functions identically to a Small Milde from Yoshi, but turns around at striped floors.
