A delicious side dish of yellow squash and zucchini cooked on the Traeger, perfectly balancing savory and smoky notes.
Ingredients: 2 medium zucchinis, sliced. 2 medium yellow squashes, sliced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste. Wood pellets for Traeger grill.
Instructions: Set the Traeger pellet grill to a temperature of 375F 190C. Slices of zucchini and yellow squash should be evenly coated with olive oil, dried oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper in a big bowl. Place the seasoned slices onto the grates of the Traeger grill. Simmer the yellow squash and zucchini for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring once, or until they are soft and flavorful, and smoky.
