44. Taking over mine’s seat while they’re in it
really, all hal had wanted to do was sit and have his breakfast. the haul from the previous night had been really, really good. a couple thousand dollars. enough to cover groceries for him and maddie for a while. it had been an exhausting night though. running a con on a whole room full of people could really wrack his brain. especially when his math genius was drunk. not like that was her fault though.
he heard her footsteps padding out of the bedroom, glancing over his shoulder at the blonde. surprisingly, she didn’t look hungover. sure, her hair was messy and her shirt was half hanging off, but she didn’t look hungover. in fact, she still looked drunk. damn, how many shots had she had?
maddie made her way over to him, yawning sleepily. he couldn’t deny that she looked.. well, good like this. everything about her was tempting. half naked, red cheeks and puckered lips. still, he gestured to the side. “breakfast is ready for you.”
“i’m just gonna steal yours.” maddie countered, shifting over to him. she sat down on the edge of the chair, wiggling her way further on. of course, that meant hal was being pushed to the side. he huffed and planted his feet, turning to look at her.
“you’ve got your own chair and breakfast.” he forgot how much of a brat drunk maddie could be. she liked getting her way, even more than regular maddie did. and that wasn’t easy to achieve.
“please?” she whined, her mouth finding his neck without warning. she bit down on the skin, tugging gently. hal’s lips parted and he gripped the edge of the table, trying to keep focus. but jesus, her lips were sinful. sucking and biting against him.
then, as soon as his grip relaxed, she pushed him onto the floor with a cheeky giggle. “ha! i win!” she picked up his fork, almost shoveling a spoonful of eggs into her mouth.
he couldn’t even bring himself to be mad. instead, he just wanted payback. so he disappeared under the table, turning her giggles into gasps and moans. “no. i think i do.”
