About a week later than planned I finally finished the subtitles for SRS2016! Originally I had planned to only subtitle the talk segments, but in the end I also added translations for all songs!

The best thing about being home again... I can finally watch my precious BluRays!! Well, actually my Blu-Ray player software is acting up a little, so I just spent most of the day making digital copies (and getting rid of a virus)... while attempting to watch the backstage of Tousute Honnouji Saien. ^^;;

Screenshot 1 Let’s just appreciate the reactions of the cast as Higashi Keisuke tells them they’re going to make some tea snacks. The subtle differences in their expressions say it all! ...some look like they were told to jump of a bridge... xD Unfortunately I haven’t had time to watch more than that... (Just opened the file momentarily to check the quality and paused on this frame.)

Screenshot 2 Gotta love the multi-angle videos. And it looks like I’ll be able to merge the video tracks together too for the digital files!! And thus play all streams at the same time completely in sync! Still experimenting with this though, because right now this little 4:30 video file is over 2GB... O.o;; Guess I’ll have to compress the files before muxing them together. But yeah... this is what the screen looks like if you (hastily) try to watch all angles at once. ^o^

On request, one more subtitled fragment of Touken Ranbu Sai 2016. I’m aware there are some spelling mistakes in the subtitles, but since I only discovered that after I coded the file, I just left it like that... You’ll have to deal with it until I decide to create a subtitle file for the whole concert...

Also, these a some quick subtitles and definitely don’t meet the standard I usually pursue...!!
