I think about the fact that one of my childhood friends remembers me being obbessed with reading. Remembers how many times I would go read instead of be with her.

This blog was created on the fact that nobody understands my love for reading. Reading created my home when I was 9 years old, reading Baby Sitters Club. Kristy, Claudia, Mary Anne, and Stacy (alongside Mallory, Jessi, Dawn, Logan, Shannon and Abby) (yes that was literally me trying to remember the book characters). Reading now continues to be my friend, gently tucking in my ideas as I lay to rest with the memory of Inej, Nina, Kaz, Wylan, Matthias, and Jesper.

Okay I have something to say. But before saying it, I'm queer so if you have something against that just continue scrolling. I'm tired of getting stressed whenever commenting about queerness in kids' shows so just save yourself and me a headache and both our times

I low-key want all the girls in The Babysitters Club to slowly and progressively come out?

At first I headcanon Claudia and Dawn as queer. And after the season finale of s1 I added Stacey to that list.

And while talking to a friend they kinda sold me on Kristy being aro/ace.

And here's the thing. I think they won't have Claudia being queer cause her sister already is.

BUT!!

Wouldn't it be cool if all the girls were?

You know how sometimes people on the community are drawn to each other even before they come out? I think it'll be cool if they did that.

It's just I've seen other headcanons as well that I've liked. And it'll be so cool if at least a couple were explore.

Like I just saw Mary Anne headcanon as panromantic enby. And like I'm sold

kristy seeing as she was raised with three brothers and read the art of war for fun, i'm guessing she listens to ac/dc and led zeppelin. she also listens to taylor swift's debut album when she's sad but if anyone finds that out she'll have to kill them. claudia ashe, dodie, tessa violet, lana del rey, really any indie-like singer she can use as inspiration for art mary anne when she was growing up she listened to a lot of her dad's music, and now she listens to like, folklore and evermore. also disney music. she can't help it and it's good to know for babysitting. stacy taylor swift (but only 1989 and lover), ed sheeran, olivia rodrigo, ariana grande, the works. dawn marvin gaye, bob marley, the beatles, the beach boys. jessi tchaikovsky. i have no reason for this, i just get the vibes. (also because ballet) mallory anything that will make her cry. she started listening to maisie peters when she went through a british obsession phase and she's never looked back.
