So I was looking at my blog and other people’s blogs when suddenly, the blogs just looked completely ugly and not right.

BUT THEN when I go to refresh my page a few minutes later, it’s back to normal! But apparently not on other people’s blogs like????

I’M SO CONFUSED SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT’S HAPPENING because I don’t understand.

Did anyone else read the update description for this?
