Krimson Knights - Songs to Make Our Mothers Proud
Krimson Knights is a local North Carolina up and coming pop-punk band with an emphasis on the punk and a leaning towards magical creatures and your mom. Self-described as “Blink-128 mixed with Bowling for Soup with enough Ke$sha to keep it interesting,” the Knights definitely keep it pumped up and interesting with each lyric and note. With their songs UR MOM + ME and Frontbutt, you can’t help but laugh until you have abs to the garage version of Ninja Sex Party. However vulgar or rowdy the tracks may get, these respectable heathens can dial it down a couple of notches to unbutton and unwind to with Cold One and Point of View, my personal favorites, after UR MOM + ME of course. Out of the nine tracks on this album, there are several different mood setters complied into one record - and a lot of plot twists at the end if you’re listening closely enough, Mom.
Krimson Knights are the perfect jam band for cracking open a cold one, eating bacon with the boys, or even taking a late-night drive to vibe with yourself. Their mix of twisted humor and spastic guitar notes sets Krimson Knights far apart from other North Carolina locals. No other band idolizes unicorns and toasters quite as these guys do.
