Lord Stanler took a deep breath, preparing himself for having to entertain. It was never something he had been fond of, but it was his duty. Taking one last moment to himself the older man smoothed his doublet, making sure it was free of wrinkles.

Finally feeling he was as ready as he could be he turned to where he was now facing the doors that separated the interior of the stronghold with the outside. With one nod to the servants posted at the doors they opened, welcoming the guests of House Araval.
