When you persist with an exercise are you focus on doing your best expecting to fail you might be for a surprise as I found out I was able to put my head over the branch. The Nextep would be to be up to complete the role my body onto the branch that will be for the next time when I’ve got stronger. One of the things I’ve learnt about and particularly in the workshop I went to yesterday at Parkour generationsWhere was reinforced the necessity of resting that is complete resting certain muscle groups is highly beneficial to improve overall fitness and it is a necessity. This morning when I woke up I thought I was going to do some of the exercises I did at the Parkour workshop. Then I was going to climb trees. Then in the evening go to gymnastics class. That would be seriously overdoing it definitely overtraining territory. In about an hour and a half I should be climbing two of my favourite trees each of their own purpose exercising different muscle groups for now I’m just getting some forest bathing. Another thing I do for the most part when I exercise bit climb trees on location I go to the gym I exercise on an empty stomach it’s now nearly 2 pm and my last meal finished at 9 pm last night.
