The hybrid runs off to the kitchen, eventually returning with the riolu in question. S: Hello! A pleasure to meet ya! Laura told me about your meeting; always a good thing to know another chef! We'd be more than happy to share recipes!

L: What kind of milkshake did you want? I'll make it for you while you and Starla chat!

After a long day's work at the cafe, the four riolus finally got a chance to sit down along with their babysitter/best friend

Praesentia: Another day at work, huh, guys?

Starla: You know it! We've been getting a lot of customers lately; it's incredible! But ya know, I wanna try doing something for em, to say thanks for the support.

Sacso: Maybe host an event?

Lurai: Oh, I know! Halloween is almost here why not host a lil Halloween party at the cafe! We can have games and tell spooky stories, and there could even be costumes!

Starla: Halloween? What's that?

Praesentia: Oh! It's a holiday where people dress up in costumes and go around asking for candy and pulling pranks on people! I believe my mother has talked to me about it before.

Platwo: Candy?! I want some candy!

Platwo exclaims, jumping from side to side

Lurai: Oh, you'll get candy, alright. Bags full!

Starla: Oooo, we can make candy! And snacks and stuff!

Sacso: I can ask my mom to make our costumes.

Starla: Oooo! This is gonna be fun! We need to make invites too!

Lurai: I can help with that, heh

Praesentia: I'll help as well. This should be a fun thing for us to do together!

Starla: Then it's settled! Starla's Spooky Space Party is a go! Let's go tell my mom and everyone they'll wanna help out too!

Vekpa: IF THIS IS A CAFE IN A GALAXY, DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING THAT TASTES LIKE STARS? I WANT TO EAT A STAR.

Starla sighs, looking at the solgaelo discouraged

Unfortunately we do not. I wanted to, but mamma said that might not be a good idea

Sacso: And it'd be impossible too. Stars don't have a taste, I dunno what this guy is even talking about

Starla: Wait what?! What do you mean stars don't have a taste? Everything has a taste!

The young riolu quickly turns to Vekpa

You tasted a star right? What's it like! Maybe we can recreate it!

Loud sounds and good smells filled the cafe as it was bustling with activity. Food was being made, decorations were put up, and candy bowls were set. Everything was ready for the party and the gang was ready to begin.

Starla: It's time! Today's the day!

Lurai: I hope a lot of people come by

Praesentia: I'd like to think so. We made a lot of invites and my mom has a portal up in a place that's accessible.

Platwo: I can't wait to try the candy!

Sasco: Remember the guests have to get some too Plat

Starla: Um I think so...

Lurai: Here they are!

The hybrid runs over with a large bowl of star and bat-shaped candy.

Starla: Hehe thanks Lura!

Starla grabs the bowl and holds it towards Applesauce

Here ya go! Hope you like em, they're homemade!

Well I'd like to think I know a lot about Starla's cafe especially since we're in it.

The hybrid chuckles before continuing

I think its a great! Starla can live out her dream and make all the food she wants to, all while being besides her friends and having freedom to do what she wants. I couldn't be happier! I'm rooting for her and the rest of the Starbound Cafe crew!
