Finally got this aesthetic done. It had been a WIP in progress for a while since I was struggling with what pictures to use. It’s a couples aesthetic for Cal Kestis and my Star Wars OC Luna Blackrose, this time I used song lyrics instead of quotes. 

The top lyrics are from Dance With Me by Phillip Phillips and the bottom lyrics are from Carried Me With You by Brandi Carlile. I might do a Spotify playlist type of post for Cal and Luna at some point because of the amount of songs I feel suit them as a couple that I really like.

This is the first aesthetic I’ve actually done for Luna, should also probably do a normal one for her at some point too. Either way I hope you guys like how it turned out.

Artillunis DTIYS contest entry

Finally! I finished my entry for #artillunis600DTIYS, AND on time 😅 I absolutely love Elise's art and content so much, I honestly was already planning on drawing Lune. I've been feeling nostalgic about my very first OC as well lately, who lives in the same era, so this DTIYS was just perfect! Drawing wise I still don't feel like it’s how I want it, but I just keep staring at it, and no tweak is satisfying, so I decided not to dwell too much on it. I tried some different stuff and get quicker in lineart, but it took longer instead 🥲 anyway, it was another fun journey! Swipe for details and timelapse! So here's the official re-introduction of my already 24 year old OC Laeïda Ylena 💁‍♀️ (stars, I'm old 😂)! Yes, she was kind of my Jedisona, but I changed her story a few times and made bad things happen to her so we're not that related any more 😆 She was born in 47 BBY and knighted in 27 BBY.

Laeïda has always been the quiet, exemplary and kind Padawan. She wasn't a prodigy, but she felt at home in the Jedi Temple. She was knighted and shortly after sent away on a mission together with a fellow knight. Things went south, things happen that change both of their lives and leave her delusional (oh, and pregnant). She eventually ends up on Corellia, trying to rebuild her life and getting as far away from the Jedi as possible. Especially with the war breaking out. That's when she felt a ripple in the force, a cry for help from a fellow light side force user. Should she help out? Would she take the risk to expose herself and endanger her daughter? She cautiously scans the shady supply lane, and spots a young woman sitting in the corner, her arm burned from a grazing blaster shot. The long braid revealed her Padawan status, reminding Laeïda too much about what she went through. She also heard stories about Padawans becoming generals in the clone wars, and remembered the reason she left the Jedi. She just couldn't let her suffer out there in the cold, and ran to the Padawan. The girl was still dazed from the shot, so she helped her stand and brought her to safety in the nearest abandoned building.

Commission for the lovely @em.creationz over at IG! Her OC Neva joins the NR forces to fight the galaxy's evil, while also remaining loyal to her homeworld. Hence, she's often tired and sometimes grumpy 😅

As you can see I had a LOT of fun with all the detailing. Having 2 lightsabers as light source is me going wiiillld on colors!

When I reached my previous follower milestone on instagram, I decided I wanted to draw four OC's of artists that inspire me there. It's a VERY tough choice, because there are so many talented artists (both style-wise as creative-wise) out there!!!

I was already able to draw a few of them in my sketch requests before, which I decided not to take into this selection, so I could narrow the amount of people down a bit. This alone was a hard decision to make 😅

The first one on the list conveniently has a DTIYS going on, so I could do this as a complete surprise 😄 @ceruln 's work always inspires me! Her OC's are immensely interesting, both design- as character-wise! I was immediately in love with Gabrelle as I saw her many months ago and a bit shy about drawing her, so this DTIYS was everything I needed!

I've been procrastinating publishing this one because I was not 100% content with her face, but I tried to tweak it so many times I can now make peace with it. I guess that's the problem when you want to get as close to the original and try to capture a great character and not messing up... Same goes for the shadow by the way. It looks good on full view but on thumb... ugh... I still have much to learn 😌

Anyways, I hope I did her some justice!
