[Casual reminder that in my HCs (and I feel like actual canon) the gerudo do not worship Din or the other Hylian goddesses.
Basically, this is your friendly reminder that I won't RP it that way because I think it's more interesting for them to have their own religion, and it tracks better with what we actually get in the game.]
#psa.#[ ☀ ˢᵖⁱʳⁱᵗˢ ᶠʳᵒᵐ ᵇᵉʸᵒⁿᵈ ;; ᵒᵒᶜ ]#like in the post i read they say that the original plan for the goddess of the sand to be din “makes more sense”#ala ganondorf getting the triforce of power#they also mistakenly state that ganon came before ganondorf which isnt the case because#the og loz game and the rest of the early games are after oot in the timeline#but that aside oot explains why he gets it just fine#his forcible entry to the sacred realm and him touching the triforce with an unbalanced heart#caused it to break#and therefore the piece tjat represented him best#which is power#stayed with him#he wasnt chosen by din and i think its way more interesting that he isnt#anyway people can do what they want but i personally dont care for that take and dont use it in my worldbuilding
