Alright, so, I just moved to Gotham so I don't really have any solid proof, yet, but I can and will make this, as it's what dragged me to Gotham.

Now you might say "Rat! My man! my friend! My funky mutual! How is that possible?"

Easy, he has his sugar daddy Bruce Wayne pay to replace the bones he snatched. Now, you might think it's impossible to cover this all up, but Bruce Wayne is a billionaire, he has money to spare, and way too nice and dumb. This is a man who regularly donates fifty percent of his earnings and will literally do anything for his kids, at least according to locals. It's a huge possibility

Now what he does with these bones is a mystery, and I hope to find out. My theory is for a nest or a coffin, or maybe puts them on display as trophies.
