Russell Tovey Is Engaged to Rugby Player Steve Brockman
Looking actor Russell Tovey has just announced a surprise engagement to his boyfriend, professional rugby player Steve Brockman.
To Daily Mail, Tovey said the proposal was "completely unexpected but [that he's] very very happy and looking forward to having a proper party to celebrate when back in London."
