Ein Tag Urlaub, wie der 1.Mai 2025 beginnt knapp 500 Meter vom Parkplatz Plankenheide nahe des Krickenbecker Schlosses in der Nähe von Nettetal. Dort gelangt man in die Groote Heide, eine Heidegebiet nordöstlich der Stadt Venlo. Durch die schöne Heidelandschaft und Wälder passiert man den alten Grenzübergang Schwanenhaus/Keulse Barriere.
