STICK NO BILLS™ Font v001 is Out

After lots of different iterations the v001 of Stick No Bills font is out. Check it out. A big thanks to Meg and STICK NO BILLS™ for hiring us for the project and agreeing to go open source and make font available under OFL. You can use it, improve it or modify it as you wish.

Most of the work was done by Kosala. We plan on adding more glyphs covering Latin 1 in coming weeks. This is our first full Font project. All the files are on GitHub repo for reference and improvements. Please file issues if you see any bugs.

STICK NO BILLS Font - Update 3

The design of the lowercase was an interesting exercise.. The version one was far from the uppercase design and we had to rework it..  The limited experience we have in this subject is forcing us to do more and more experiments before settling on anything specific.

STICK NO BILLS Font: Update 2 Lowercase

So we are now working simultaneously on lowercase too. We felt the lowercase  design provided by SNB designer is too separated from the original uppercase design.  And the scratch pattern dose not seem right.

So now Kosala is working on a new lowercase design. The challenge of matching the blacks and keeping the condensed quality seem to be a challenge. Early early sketch..
