I agree - it is surprisingly difficult to find other sticker collectors on here.
Active blogs that I know of:
transparentstickers posts older/out of print stickers, such as Sandylion stickers.
stickerclub2005 also posts older stickers, such as Sandylion.
There's a couple of others that I follow (Stickii Club and Kawaiistickers), but neither has updated in over a year.
And that's about all I've been able to find. :(
I know I won't be inactive any time soon as I went a little overboard at the end of last year/early this year...
If anyone else out there knows of some sticker blogs, please tell me too so that I may follow them! :D
