I do not know.

I think I'd like it to be colorful. The pale light and dark bring back memories I'd rather not face.

How do you feel about green? Maybe some fluffy furniture?

*Songstress stands at the door when Midwife returns from her hunt.*

I have been reading, and we need to talk.

"Hi, hello! Yes, we talk!" Midwife's tail immediately started wagging seeing her mate. There was truly no greater blessing!

Midwife carefully sneaks her way into her den. She had fallen asleep on the floor outside, so she didn't know the time. Thus, she was careful not to make too much noise as she burrowed into the mound of cotton that Triss was laying on.

She tunnels her way through it until her body was covered. But, she made sure to stick her head up to rest by Triss's stomach. Then, she just waited.

*Eventually the weaver woke up after mumbling something about a "job well done." She rubbed her eyes and then flinches as her mask cracks a little hit wheb she does so.*

*She then noticed Eztyra.*

O- oh! Hi!

Midwife takes a wrong turn somewhere, so she burrows into the bellveins and gets even more lost. She continues until she reaches a putrid place farther up than she intended to go. It smelled of death and decay, filled with vicious little maggots squirming around in the water.

"Let's go down." Midwife days as she burrows again. With Triss on her back, she digs a neat tunnel quite quickly. They burst through the ceiling of a large rainy cavern. Flying creatures scattered as Midwife clambered down the wall. The waters here are much less vile, but not enough to cleanse the odor the couple acquired in the nasty place above.

*You begin to hear a sound. It sounded like footsteps, but.. they were small, and slow. The "footsteps" where followed by incoherent babbles, one only a grub would make.*

*Songstress continues to play, unflinching in her task. She doesn't take notice of the footsteps and babbles due to the sound of the weaver's playing of the harp.*

Midwife is cleaning up from making the wedding venue, clearing debris and polishing the surfaces with some water. She hums happily before returning to Triss to check what she was doing.

*The Songstress turns around from making what looks like a long bean with small angled sticks protruding out of it, it sort of looks like a centipede. She then attempts to hide the silken creation by throwing it across the room when she hears her mate's whistling.*

*She then stands more casually as Eztyra enters the room, her back resting against a wall.*

How are you faring this fine evening, my love?

Eztyra partially overheard the ask.

"I am the Midwife! Don't lie about me!"
