sinners still?
1 Corinthians 6:11 ~ 11 And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

we were washed so we are clean, we were sanctified so we are set apart, we were justified so we are excused.
we who are His have had it crucified... its dead. that is one dead man we are not supposed to raise back up.
this is freedom... the cell door is unlocked, dont stay in there.
